Shipping and Returns
Do you ship outside the USA?
  We currently ship to over two dozen countries outside of the US, including APO and FPO addresses.  To see if HOTWICKS ships to your country, simply add a product to your shopping cart and then click on the "Country" drop down menu.

Attention International Buyers
Depending on your delivery location and order size, your order might be subject to import taxes imposed by the country of delivery. These import taxes are not covered by the postage charge reflected on your order at checkout, and you will be required to pay them to receive your package.
How much does shipping cost?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.

HOTWICKS reserves the right to consolidate multiple orders to the same address into one shipment.  The shipping and handling charges for each individual order will still apply.
What is your return policy?

I received the wrong product.
  If you received the wrong candle, do not just mail it back to us. Please contact us at returns@hotwicks.com with your order number and specifics on what we messed up, and we will advise you of next steps.
When will my order ship?
  We ship most in-stock items within 1 - 3 business days. After placing your order, click the "My Account" link at the bottom of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
