| Do I have to pay sales tax? |

The short answer is "no." In case you're interested, online retailers only have to charge sales tax when an order is being shipped to a customer located in the same state as the retailer. HOTWICKS is located in Oregon, but fear not Oregon residents! We have two things going for our fine state: 1. The Goonies was filmed here in 1985, and 2. We don't pay sales tax. |

| What are my payment options? |

We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover (available soon). At this time we do not accept orders over the phone or by mail. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you. |
| I need a copy of my receipt/invoice. |

Click on the "My Account" link at the bottom of the page and select "Print invoices" under the "My Orders" section. |
| How do I use a coupon? |

After adding items to your cart, click the "Shopping Cart" link in the top right hand corner to view your cart. At the bottom of the shopping cart you'll see a box where you can enter your coupon/promo code. |
| When will my credit card be charged? |

Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours prior to shipment of your item(s). |
