How do I return an item?
You may return your products within 30 days of the shipment date. To be eligible for a refund, merchandise must be returned to us in an undamaged, unused, and 100% sellable condition. Candles that have been lit cannot be returned.
To initiate a return, please email us at returns@hotwicks.com with your name, order number, date of purchase, and reason for return. Then ship the items you would like to return in their original packaging and packed with the appropriate shipping materials to the address below.
